One desk issues every price in the house — against your LOI, for your port, on CIF / CFR terms. No other channel can quote for Sandook.

Agreement
Standard terms: 30% advance on the signed agreement, 70% against documents. Large orders move on an irrevocable letter of credit at sight.

Shipment
The house follows your cargo from origin to destination — documents, inspection, and the sailing itself.
Arrived through a partner of the house? Their code travels with your LOI — it is how the house records who introduced you.
