Official channels only
The house writes only from @sandookgroup.com addresses and publishes only on sandookgroup.com. An offer arriving from any other domain, or a free email account, is not from this house — whatever it claims.
One desk for prices
Every price in the house is issued from the house desk, against a Letter of Intent, under a reference. If a price did not come through that desk against an LOI, the house did not issue it.
Verified partners
Partners of the house carry a Partner ID (SG-____). Ask for it. A genuine partner will offer their code before you ask — it is how they are paid, and how your deal is traced.
Documents tied to references
Proformas, agreements and shipping documents carry the LOI reference they belong to. A document without its reference chain is a document to question.
Bank-secured payments
The standard of the house: advance against the signed agreement, balance against documents; large orders on irrevocable letter of credit at sight. The house never asks for payment to a personal account.
The seal test
Sealed, dated, batch-tied. Every consignment's papers trace back to its batch and its lab certificate — if the trail breaks, the house stops the shipment, not the questions.
