Guarded, and stated plainly.

What protects this site and the people who use it — stated plainly, and only where it is true.

Sandook protection seal

The seal in the footer is the house’s own mark. It is not bought, licensed or borrowed from any bureau — it stands for the six guards below, each of which is in place today.

01

Encrypted, end to end

Every page, form and sign-in on this site travels over an encrypted connection, and your browser is instructed to keep it that way — the site will not answer an unencrypted call.

02

A code, and your own password

Partners sign in with their partner code and a password they set themselves — the front door, with no email address ever on display. A forgotten password is recovered through a one-time link sent to the address on file, valid for a single use. Passwords are at least ten characters. After repeated failed attempts, sign-in locks for a period. Every failed attempt receives the same response, so nothing is disclosed.

03

The privacy firewall

On a deal, buyer and supplier never meet, never learn each other's identity, and never see each other's price. The desk alone holds both sides. That is the house's founding rule, and the site is built to keep it.

04

Forms, defended

The public forms carry quiet defences against automated abuse: traps only a bot springs, and a limit on how fast one address may send. Genuine notes are never touched by them — a flood is turned away, a person is not.

05

One desk, one funnel

Everything this site collects — inquiries, applications, samples, letters of intent — lands at a single desk: info@sandookgroup.com. Nothing scatters to personal inboxes, and there is exactly one place to write with a security question, and one place the answer can come from.

06

Records under lock

The house's records sit behind row-level locks in its database: a record opens only to the house's own administrators, whose standing is checked on every read. The public site can hand a note to the desk; it cannot read the house's records.

“A lock is only worth the truth of it.”

A question about any of this — or anything that reached you in the house’s name and felt wrong — goes to the one desk: info@sandookgroup.com. The desk answers within one business day.
