Licences & trademarks.
A trading house is its paperwork. Here is the house's — stated plainly: the licences it holds, and its marks — one registered, the rest filed and proceeding.
The right to ship.
Importer-Exporter Code (IEC)
HeldThe house's export-import licence with the Government of India — the foundation document of every shipment.
FSSAI Central Licence
Held · Renewed 2026India's central food licence, covering the house's food trade including fats and oils — renewed and in force.
GST Registration
HeldGoods and Services Tax registration for the company's India operations and export filings.
Udyam Registration
HeldThe company's enterprise registration, on file since incorporation.
Certificates and registration copies are produced to qualified buyers and tender authorities during onboarding — the house shares its paper with counterparties, not with the open internet.
Five marks, one house.

SANDOOK™ — the wax seal
The travelling brand — registered in Class 29, the house's one granted registration; its remaining classes are filed and proceeding.

BAROTA™ — the banyan medallion
The gathering brand. Its name and emblem are filed and proceeding — carried with ™ until the registrations are granted.

SANDOOK Hunny Honey — the crowned bee
The honey line's own mark.

Sandook Enterprises — the chariot
The corporate mark — seven horses under the banyan. The signature that holds everything together; it signs the house's documents and company pages.

Sandook Non-Profit Foundation
The giving arm's mark — shown as forthcoming until the Foundation opens.
The house uses ™ with its marks. ® is used only where a registration has been granted — that discipline is deliberate, and it is the same discipline the house brings to a bill of lading.
